The Artisan wood burning cook stove is unlike any other woodstove. The Artisan's gentle, radiant heat is transferred through the internal cast iron structure, spreading the heat evenly to the ovens and hotplate. By bathing food in heat from all directions, flavors are sealed in without drying.
