Chimney sweep

CHIMNEY CLEANING

There is no safe "Golden Rule" on how often you should have your chimney swept. There are many variables including age, wood moisture levels and long-term maintenance including the condition of the chimney cap or chase cover. With normal use of a fireplace as a primary heat source, once a year will typically suffice. It all depends on the formation of creosote in the chimney. Our certified chimney sweep technician will clear the soot, dust and scrape the creosote build-up within the chimney walls. We use a powerful vacuum and covers to control dust while the chimney is being swept to ensure your rooms stay perfectly clean. Our technicians clean of the cap, flue, smoke shelf, smoke chamber, damper and firebox.

A chimney cap isn't just a clever little option to spruce up the chimney end or liner pipe. It is a crucial part of chimney and flue that keeps it in working condition throughout the year. A chimney cap can prevent snow or rain, debris or critter problems from damaging your chimney. Our lifetime warranty Stainless steel is easy to mount and clean. CHASE COVERS

Chase covers or top pans is a metal cover that is placed over chimney chase to avoid water from entering the chimney. A chase cover should be installed properly so that water is not accumulated leading to rust or formation of debris and nests and allowing a free way for smoke and gas. Stainless steel chase covers are the best way to protect your chimney. We provide cost-effective and long-lasting stainless steel chase covers.

WATERPROOFING

A chimney takes severe beating due to weather conditions throughout the year. Water entering into the chimney is the most common reason for deterioration and damage. Chimney waterproofing is a simple way to extend the lifespan of the chimney, say up to 8 to 10 years. Sealers can trap the moisture, thus damaging the bricks. Instead, we use water repellent that does not trap the moisture and allows the surface to breathe, thus keeping the water at bay.

Annual services are designed to ensure your unit is running 100% efficiently. It can also identify potential issues before they turn into large problems and assures proper function when the need arrives. The months of June and July are the best time to schedule your annual cleaning to assure to are ready to go on that first COLORADO COLD SNAP. We will have you ready!

Our service technicians are Manufacturer and Factory Trained to work on your appliance. We only use OEM parts designed to work with your unit. We use the serial number of your appliance to ensure your appliance function exactly as designed. No aftermarket parts here. One except, glass. We use Chris's Glass in Evergreen for all your tempered and ceramic glass needs.
